Your investment will help the Hearts for Moms ministry give hope and change the lives of the single moms and their children. The program raises funds to supplement the high cost of Housing, Childcare, Education, Transportation, Diapers and any other basic needs.
Palm Beach County's high cost of living makes it hard for the single moms to be able to provide the basic necessities for their child/ren. Without the program's intervention single moms face the possibility of becoming homeless, or not finishing their education and continuing to be stuck in the working poverty cycle. This won't happen when you give!

DIAPERS & BASIC NEEDS
Often moms are not able to afford the cost of diapers due to the high cost of living. Now more than ever they need your support to help cover for very basic needs like diapers, food, or paying their electric bill.

COUNSELING SERVICES
Mental Health Wellness is imperative for the mom's success! Give the gift of healing to help break strong bonds, deal with shame, abuse, trauma or past pains for a mom or child in need of mental wellness.

CHILDCARE
The average cost of childcare is $225 per week. In order for moms to continue their education and/or work, tHFM program supplements the cost of childcare. While in the program, participants are required to work and/or attend school full-time.

EDUCATION
Invest in a single mom's education and change her life forever! HFM has created scholarships for the moms. We encourage them to attain their high school diploma, get their GED, move on to vocational training or attend college to further her career.

TRANSPORTATION
Help us raise funds towards transportation! Without transportation single moms can't succeed. On average a mom spends 3-4 hours when using public busing. You can guide her towards independence by donating a car, giving funds for a used car, or giving towards auto insurance, maintenance or repairs.

You can give the gift of freedom and safe travels to a mom and her child!

HOUSING
The lack of affordable low-income housing is the biggest obstacle the families face. Due to high-cost of living in Palm Beach county and low wages, it is difficult for single moms to provide a safe shelter for their children. By supplementing their rent, moms can be given peace of mind to not face the possibility to be homeless. A parent's worst nightmare.
