The Harvest Phase is where moms step confidently into independence. They’ve journeyed through growth, healing, and empowerment and now, they’re leading their families, pursuing careers, and giving back to the community that once supported them.
Harvest is more than graduation, it’s a new beginning, and the seeds sown in faith now flourish into independence and impact.

In the Harvest Phase, transformation takes root and flourishes. Mothers step into their power as leaders, providers, and role models—strengthening their families and shaping their communities. As they thrive, they give back by volunteering, mentoring, and supporting others, choosing to pay it forward. Their success multiplies beyond the individual, breaking generational cycles and cultivating a lasting legacy of hope, stability, and opportunity for their children, their communities, and the generations to come.

Meet Lovely

I don’t know what I would have done without them and their very helpful advice."
Lovely is a Hearts for Mom's graduate who once had a dream to be a registered nurse, a dream that seemed out of reach as she worked two jobs to raise her son who was so shy he was not speaking. Today, Lovely IS a registered nurse, and with the support of a speech therapist provided with Heart for Mom's help, her son is speaking and praying for meals in class! Becca's Story

Becca's dream was to purchase her first time home for her and her daughter. Although that dream felt impossible, with the assistance of her financial coach, Becca became focused and determined to accomplish her goal. In October 2024, through the collaboration of Habitat for Humanity and crushing her financial goals, Becca's dream came true!

Meet Alisha
"God is a Way Maker and He's making all of this possible and I couldn't be more thankful. What better way to show my appreciation than commitment and baptism".
Alisha became a quadriplegic after being shot three years ago while pregnant with her daughter. After joining HFM Alisha's desire to be baptized came true with the help of Christ Fellowship church.
