By opting in to receive SMS (text) messages from Hearts for Moms (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Hearts for Moms offers an SMS program that may include:

• Donation-related updates and confirmations

• Fundraising campaigns and giving opportunities

• Organizational updates, events, and impact messages

• Supportive and informational content related to our mission

2. USER CONSENT

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in:

• You confirm you are the authorized user of the mobile number

• You consent to receive recurring SMS messages from Hearts for Moms

• Your consent is not a condition of making a donation

3. MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Message frequency may vary based on your engagement, donation activity, and program updates.

4. MESSAGE & DATA RATES

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier and plan. Hearts for Moms is not responsible for any charges incurred.

5. OPT-OUT INSTRUCTIONS

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying:  STOP

After you opt out, you will receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.

6. HELP INSTRUCTIONS

For assistance, you may:

• Reply HELP to any message

• Contact us directly using the information below

7. SUPPORTED CARRIERS

SMS delivery is subject to your mobile carrier’s availability. Hearts for Moms is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us. Your information will be handled in accordance with our Donor Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.

9. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By participating in this program, you agree:

• To provide accurate and current information

• Not to misuse the SMS service

• Not to use the service for unlawful or abusive purposes

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Hearts for Moms is not liable for:

• Delays or failures in SMS delivery

• Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the SMS program constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
