Our Hearts for Moms family mourns the loss of someone who meant so much to us—our dear friend and Board Member, Linda Koldenhoven.

Linda's heart to serve was pure gold. She loved people deeply and was passionate about seeing lives transformed. She believed wholeheartedly in the mission of Hearts for Moms and faithfully invested her time, wisdom, and love to help single mothers and their children find hope, healing, and lasting independence.

She had a remarkable gift for bringing people together. Linda was always connecting others to our mission, believing that more hearts would be stirred to care for the widows, the fatherless, and families in need. Her generosity, compassion, and unwavering faith reflected the heart of Christ in everything she did.

This year, Linda also graciously committed to serving as a Co-Chair of our 2026 Hearts for Moms Gala alongside her husband, Ken. She was excited about what God was going to do through this special evening, and although our hearts are broken that she will not be with us in person, her presence will be deeply felt.

It will be our privilege to honor Linda at this year's Gala, celebrating a life that was beautifully lived in service to others. Her love, leadership, and legacy will forever be woven into the fabric of Hearts for Moms. Every life touched through this ministry will continue to reflect the seeds she helped plant.

Please join us in praying for Ken, their family, and all who loved Linda. May the Lord surround them with His perfect peace, His comfort, and the hope found in Christ.

Linda, thank you for believing in this mission, for loving so generously, and for showing us what it means to serve with humility and grace. We will carry your legacy forward, honor your life, and never forget the difference you made.
